Hi guys, I have a close by grass fed meats butcher but I'm new to all this. Any imput related to my area would be great.

Check out eatwild.com for grassfed meat sources near you. Even ones far away, such as NorthStar Bison etc. should be able to deliver cheaply enough if you order in bulk. Also, consider raw wildcaught fish/shellfish sources.
All the above is a bit misleading, though. Generally speaking, we all have differing access to RPD-friendly raw foods, due to the type of country we live in or our wealth or lack thereof. For example, since I wrote the above, I have since moved to a different country(Austria), where 1 or 2 of the supermarket chains are actually very RPD-friendly indeed if one just takes a little trouble to search around a bit. One does need to experiment to find out which raw foods work best for oneself as well as having to find the right sources which are most easily available.
