I sympathise with the guy since he seems to have had similiar, albeit less severe, experiences as I had with raw and pasteurised dairy products. I would strongly recommend that anyone new to RPD diets does a food-intolerance/allergy test so they can avoid some potential problems on a RVAF diet.

I find that to be a little dubious. For example, I was told in past years that my allergy towards raw dairy solely existed towards poor quality raw dairy, and that all I had to do was consume raw milk from A1 cows or some other gimmick. I selected raw milk from biorganic cows from A1 stock etc., and it also failed like all the other kinds.
