Title: Disease zombie deer disease menace for humans?

Never had a problem eating raw wild venison, myself. Could other long-term RVAFers comment who eat lots of raw wild game on the issue of getting parasites/diseases etc. Especially those, who, unlike me, eat most of the innards of raw wild game regularly.
