iis recipe book, at the vegg juice section, he recommends ''bunches'' of parsley and cilantro.

How much is a bunch?

I saw really big bunches labeled as a bunch and also really small bunches labeled as a ''bunch''?

I wish he gave the amount for these two plants in WEIGHT.

yea depending on the season and store they vary.  I think the idea is to have a 1:2 ratio of parsley to celery.  or to put it another way, twice as much celery as parsley.  So I just guess at it when I buy it.
