Title: Raw Goose Fat + Skin

Hey all,

Hope everyone's good...(another miniscule thread!)

Is raw wholly pastured goose fat with skin good to eat raw, or should i give it to the birds?

    I've eaten raw duck fat.  It was good.  My cats liked it too.  I realize there are differences in the fatty acid profile in goose fat, but I would try it.
