He needs to be put on RPD.
I find raw animal fat soothing in cases like these.
All chemicals must be removed from his surroundings.

I have a Swedish relative who has minor allergic reactions after every meal. She has to use tissues to blow her knows, no matter what she eats. I don't think she's tried to scientifically remove stuff like gluten, casein, etc but the problem was severe enough that she had stomach staple surgery just to keep her from being able to eat too much at any one time, which would cause worse reactions.
