Title: Raw Fish articles

Here's a couple of articles complaining about how most sushi in the UK comes all the way from Chile instead of nearby Scotland or Norway, and mentions the eco-pollution involved(ie this is meant as yet another  caveat againt buying raw farmed fish of any kind, wild fish being fine). It also mentions what I'd long suspected that all sushi in the EU must be prefrozen beforehand by law:-
