All I can say is that since eating RVAF diets means having healthier microbes in the human gut, that therefore any gene-transference would be more likely to be of a positive nature.

;D absolutely. so put this question up top of my head, my husband embracing the raw paleo diet naturally. he's a big thinker though!! ;D

Are you talking about gene transfer between microbes and yourself? Or transfer between microbes inside of you?
