Title: Why do peopl die of malaria, typhoid etc., without antibiotics?

I was wondering why people died from easy to cure diseases, such as malaria, typhoid, vector born & none vector, without antibiotics, on regular diets

I always thought it was systemic toxemia

First, they poison themselves, this cripples the immune system, and feeds the critters that try to cleanse the body of that poison - these are called germs.
If there is too much poison and or the immune system is too badly damaged, they die.
Neolithic food has been proven suitable for this.

AFAIK toxemia is a short word for this.

Any studies cooked foods kill plasmodium parasites, one of the correct terms for germs lol
