When I was sick I was grumpy.
My anthroposophic doctor said it was because of a constipated liver / gallbladder.
When I did all those liver flushing I stopped being grumpy, or so I think.

Errm, bigotry is associated with prejudice against a whole group of people , not 1 individual. I have nothing against zero-carbers, for example. You're the bigot attacking all "carb0-addicts", so to speak.

–noun a person who is utterly intolerant of any differing creed, belief, or opinion.

Origin:
1590–1600; < MF (OF: derogatory name applied by the French to the Normans), perh. < OE b? God by God

BTW observation of evidence, and basing a conclusion on that observation is called "science", not bigotry. Get a grip.
