those who follow a raw paleo diet and are 60 years old and up
I think this diet is very "new", for modern humans (not before a few million years prior to 10,000 BC, mind). People over sixty are just as unlikely as a modern twenty year old to have consistently followed it, even for a year.
If you can find a 60+ year old who has eaten raw meat for a statistically significant portion of their life you get a lifetime's supply of borscht.

We have at least one member who's close to 60, so there may be some over 60, but probably not many.

You should write about why there are so many disgustingly fat people everywhere.

Um,, Isn't Lex 60 by now. Perhaps Cherimoya could point others on the rawpaleodiet yahoo group over here as there are several members there who are well over 60 and started the rpd diet in their mid´50s or so. I'm thinking of mark (thetasigma) celeste howe, claire west etc.

I am 60, have been on ZC for a few years (2006-2008), then did 7 months of "healthy" hi carb eating -m don't ask, very BAD judgement on my part - and have been back on ZC since April last year. Have eaten mainly low carb since the mid seventies, with a few periods of "normal" food in between. Never again. I am not on my optimum weight yet but getting there, but am fit and healthy - and happy <g>
