If this kind of topic already exists, please remove this. What do you expect from yourself (when we're talking about health issues)? What are your targets? Continue the following topic above.
I would like to
- Get rid of underweight, that seems to be impossible to gain. - Have rich, completely ezcema-free, healthy looking skin, not paper-white, translucent skin. - Have more mental clarity and less roller coaster/loss of memory. - Stay alive, when my body dumps drugs and other toxic mucus material to the stomach. - Get some colour to my colourless hairs (I'm in my twenties) - Get more RPD-friendly foods, like organs and bone marrow.

Hi Kokki,
After doing detox protocols and being 2+ years on RPD I've achieved what you are still wishing to achieve.
Now I want RPD to surprise me:
Surprise me by me getting stronger. I want functional strength. Like being able to do effortless monkey bars and effortless chinups. I had never been athletic in my entire life so this would be a pleasant shock.
What I've noticed lately is I have extra energy I would like to expend by running and jumping.

I found that picture in the internet it was from amateur photo gallery, I really like the model so i put it into my profile. He is handsome, isnt he? :D :D :D I wish I had somebody like him after my oysters ;D ;D lol
