Title: Jaw problems?
Post by: Yume on March 17, 2010, 03:42:10 am
Ever since I can remember my jaw pops every single time I open my mouth. For some reason I always thought it was normal until now that it's gotten even worse. I've looked around and haven't found any solution from western or eastern medicine. Even my dentist says my teeth are perfect and my jaw looks fine. Anyone have any idea? I really appreciate any help you can give me.

Any popping/clicking sound when moving a joint is usually from inflammation.

I think he's right.
I used to have what you have a few years ago when my health was a lot worse. It's gone now.

Well, an RPD diet is the perfect diet to counter inflammation. Heat-created toxins such as AGEs are heavily implicated in inflammation-issues throughout the body, and most health-problems ranging from diabetes to heart disease etc. etc. are based ultimately on some form of inflammation.
On the other hand, you may have a mineral imbalance that needs fixing?

Include some fish as omega 3-s are anti-inflammatory.

Resources like the one you mentioned here will be very useful to me! I will post a link to this page on my blog. I am sure my visitors will find that very useful. ______________________ Drug Intervention (http://www.cliffsidemalibu.com/intervention/drug-intervention/)

I'm terribly sorry for bumping this thread but my jaw has always made that 'popping' sound whenever i open it. Only the left side. Been like this for a long, long, long, long time.
