Some of the kids were going into convulsions.

I think alot of people don't even care about their kids.

Too involved with thermselves and their lives.

    I think those parents may be too involved with their own lives because they themselves are so vaccine damaged.  I know they should still act like caring beings, but I can figure out no other reason a parent would subject a child to that.
