IIRC the historical Vlad Drakul on whom Dracula was based was a hero - he organised the resistance that stopped the Ottoman invasion of his part of Europe.
He is said to have become famous for what he did with the defeated invaders - impaled them.

I think he just looks like an old timey U.S. president.

I assume he didn't start or then implement his research on himself as a young man. as the book wasn't published till he was 70 or so.

Price didn't start researching diet seriously until after his only son died from an infection caused by a root canal that Price performed. That was the wake-up call.

So his son died, so that we may be saved - sounds more like the story of Jehovah/Jesus and the ransom sacrifice, rather than Dracula...Very poetic and thanks for the insight.

Essentially then, NAPD was bought with the blood of sacrifice.

  I find it amusing how often religious/cult-like elements are brought into a new dietary philosophy. There's Aajonus starving in the desert  like Jesus in the 40 days and 40 nights etc.
