Title: Request
Post by: TylerDurden on June 07, 2010, 05:01:59 pm
Please could people avoid posting in the permanent sticky topics in the Info section and on the top of most forums? I am in the slow process of eliminating all the extra unnecessary posts that have been made so far in such threads.

doesnt this message board give you the option to lock a topic? if you lock it, people should still be able to view it, but not be able to post on it...

I sort of naively assumed at the time that no one would dare post in a sticky topic, so only locked 1 or 2 of the threads if that. From now on, I will laboriously lock the various topics when I have the time.

Could people please post in the relevant forums. I come across this issue so often now that I don't bother sometimes to mention that I've moved the topic to the right forum.
Off-topic discussions that have nothing to do with diet(eg:- magnets) go to the off-topics forum. Controversial topics should go to the hot topics forum, topics about raw fruit could be put in general discussions but, IMO, are probably best put in the raw omnivore forum, with all rzc-related topics going to the raw, zero-carb forum(except if related to some other subject like exercise, of course). And so on.
