Last month I have to take one week sick (http://www.chacha.com/category/conditions-illness) leave from my office because I became victim of allergy. My whole body was covered by rings. The rings were red in color. I was afraid in the beginning and when I consult a doctor then he told me that it is allergy from something. He also asked me what I ate before that allergy happen. I forget what I eat that day. He gave me some medicine and told me to take rest and try not to eat the things that you ate that day. From that day I am taking good care of myself.

Update? Do you know what you ate or could be allergic to?
