Title: Hello from Germany
Post by: Susan on July 11, 2010, 02:05:20 pm
I would like to introduce myself: As you see, Germany ist my native country. I am nearly 50 years old and a long time ago I studied biology. Frustrated about the way, how science was practiced, I diceded to do something more useful and raised a family: I gave birth to four children. :)
Health problems with my first son forced me to review the human way of living und I started to change my live. One important change was trying to live instinktive raw. It was really only "trying", because I never integrated animal products in my nutrition. Three and a half year ago finally my "trying" changed in "doing": I integrated animal products in my nutrition and since then I am living from 100% raw food.
I am happy to participate in that wonderful scientivically experiment. And I hope I find in this forum some fellow species for exchange of experiences. :)
English is not my native language, I hope it will be not so hard for you to understand my style of writing and please oversee my orthographic mistakes.
Susan

Hello hello hello.
I remember there was a song that went... "German, German, German, German Girl... oh oh oh oh oh !"
If you are having problems writing in english, just write it in German and we will use Google Translate to read it.

Welcome Susan!
I'm guessing you had to find your way on your own then? Did you have support seeking your raw way? You must be very intuitive.
P.S. Your English is great!! :)

Thanks for the wellcoming. :)
Liebe Inger,
did I really ate a lot of fruits und Kassia? I don't think so. Though I remember the first month of instinctive raw eating I ate a lot of different products and I spent a lot of money to become acquainted with all the new foods. I never used Kassia regulary. Till now I am not convinced that the regulary intake can really help or make it easier to become healthy.
Some products vanished from my diet, like Durian Morn Thong and many other cultivated fruits und vegetables. I consider them to be not suitable for an instinictive raw eating. Innards and raw meat (always from high quality, game or meat from Orkos), especially with a lot of fat satisfied regulary. Different local herbs complement my diet.
You asked how I feel. I feel very good and I think the instinctive diet is one reason for this wellbeing.
Dear Ionna,
at the beginning I observed how animals lived. Later on I read some books, but none of them convincing me totally. So I seeked my own way. I nearly collapsed without meat, but I asked the universe to help me and finally I met people living 100% raw. Now raw meat play an important role in my diet, making my mind clear and my body healthy.
Susan

A lot of newbies these last 2 months. Welcome to the forum! I'm a fellow German-speaker(2nd language but pretty fluent)
You know, with all the current German members, it might be an idea for someone to start a German-language version of rawpaleoforum - we already have a french-language version:- paleocru.
