Title: Wild caught or organically grown fish?

Hi turns out that my local whole foods has wild caught fish and organically farmed fish. Are they pretty much equivalent?

Ask how the organic fish are raised.

In the Philippines groupers are raised in ocean fish pens.
They are fed by-catch of fishermen.
So it is technically organic although caged.

Yeah, wild fish will always be superior unless it came from the gulf oil spill.

Wild fish is always better, IMO. I have never gotten good farmed fish, AFAIK.
