So your saying that by going straight from cooked to non cooked this will give me problems? But if i slowly initiate the diet by dropping the temp of my food then I will not experience any issues?

If you're mentally up for a cold turkey transition there should not be any physical issues (other than possibly a bit of diarrhea; more and more beginners have been commenting on this during early transition) .
