How uneducated or educated are people who eat healthy food? Is it orthorexia, or do you need more medication?

I know some people do have eating disorders and healthy eating disorders, but are raw food eaters included?

A few raw foodists are orthorexic, I recall coming across 3 or 4 definite ones. But they are in a tiny minority.
