Oh wow, I looked up their website - this could be great training for starting/sustaining the future raw paleo community (although you could probably join the "team of expert instructors" already, Sully ;) ):

Miles, perhaps you'd enjoy this kind of experience (since it's already organized and tested) - you know, before you rush out into the wild. :)
