Title: Good choice of fertilized eggs?

I found a website that sells and ships fertilized eggs because I can't find them anywhere. Would these eggs be ideal to eat raw? http://www.chickenhousesplus.com/

You could find wild eggs. As long as you know when they are to go find them. ;) Very easy food to acquire.
