Which of the raw beef organs are the tastiest?
I'm thinking of trying some.
Which are gross?
Which are the most fattening?

Liver, brain for me.
I avoid pancreas - made me crosseyed.

In my opinion it's the heart (but I have not tried them all).
Liver seems gross to me atm.

I like raw tongue, raw kidney, raw heart, raw brains, raw liver, in descending order.
I loathe raw lung.

Oh yeah,
- heart is good, big or small animals.
- tongue is good too.
- kidneys in goats I've eaten a lot.
- fish eyeballs
- fish eggs are great stuff
- crab tomale (eggs) the orange stuff in females are great too.
- try whole shellfish like clams, squids and oysters, you get everything.
- try small fish, you get everything as well.

Fresh grass grazed beef kidney is nice. I don't know if any of it is fattening, maybe liver.

Takes a good 5 minutes to chew each mouthful before swallowing. And it tastes so bland.

From 1 particular farm at a farmers' market. In the UK, it is illegal so virtually impossible to get hold of usually. The brains I got were likely from grainfed cattle, so I discontinued the practice, except with raqw shellfish , of course.

I can get raw brain in Arizona from my local rancher/butcher that the guy selling meat at my local farmer's market gets his from ^_^

i am basing this off taste only
here are the ones i like and from the animals in which i tried them from....
kidney: mutton (adult sheep), rabbit
heart: cow, rabbit
eyeballs: rabbit
tongue: cow
liver: camel, some cows (ones which are fresh and thick and firm)
brain: rabbit
here are the ones i don't like and from the animals in which i tried them from..
liver: squirrel (i think it was a liver, highly bitter, maybe inedible, i gulped it), some cows (ones which are mushy),
penis: elephant and horse (too much to eat at once) haha just kidding, had to throw a joke in there
i tried other things like testicles, but didn't have the balls to chew them, so i can't critique the taste

I have eaten raw testicles and can testify that they are not tasty but they do stimulate my libido

Yes, I have always hates cooked liver in pre-RPD days, as it was so dry and bland.
