Popcorn and cereals have to be cooked, unlike fruit, so inevitably are far more harmful due to their content of heat-created toxins.

Yes they do. Popcorn must be processed as do cereals. Only exception is "Essene  Bread" which has its problems like any other grains.

By the way, I wasn't trying to promote grains/popcorn. I was just linking an article from the same publisher, to show that they say grains, popcorn and berries are good.
