Title: Eating fat and liver/gallbladder symptoms
Post by: MoonStalkeR on September 27, 2010, 04:02:45 am
Last night I ate bison heart with some marrow. The marrow was very soft and was quick to melt down into a liquid at room temp. When I usually eat fat, it mixed into food (fat in ground beef, butter on bread) and my body doesn't detect it quickly. It digests fine afterwards. If I eat fat in free-flowing form, such as how I sipped the liquid marrow with my food, I react quickly to it. This time I had a strange feeling in my liver/gallbladder seconds after drinking the fat. It felt "sore" afterwards. This may be familiar to someone who began eating high fat. Question is how long did it take to resolve?

Have you ever done a liver flush?
Try the apple juice first then liver flush at the end?
You can research on it at http://www.curemanual.com/detox-protocols-and-treatments/liver-gall-bladder-flush/

I looked over the liver flush advice but I am too sensitive to perform such a thing. I know raw eggs cleanse liver, which I stopped eating recently because they began giving me smelly gas all of a sudden after a year of digesting them fine. Currently I'm getting diarrhea from almost any food, cooked or raw, but fat seems to aggravate it further. I have a history with bad fat absorption. Not too long ago I could actually digest most fat, it even gave me energy. I was able to eat marrow, fatty meat, butter, etc. but now my IBS symptoms seem out of control.
