That yellow fat that comes from the outside of the muscle-meat is so gorgeous :)

What makes the fat so yellow? Mine is always more white

my beef has those yellow fat, but when i buy home whole food, i don't see that color.

Older cows can't process vitamin A as well as younger cows and as a result the fat turns yellow.
