Title: Zero Carb explanation sticky post discussion
Post by: PaleoPhil on October 18, 2010, 08:27:40 am
I created a sticky with an explanation of zero carb. I locked it to keep it a reference resource rather than a debate thread. I've created this second thread in case any ZCers think my explanation has errors or needs more added and for any other comments people would like to make about the sticky.

The only one that is not confusing is the word carnivore. The others allow consumption of dairy from other animals, and the term raw animal food diet is used to describe raw omnivorous diets often.

OK, I edited the sticky to mention the differences between ZC and some of the terms.
