Title: How to go raw high fat diet without pork and beef?
Post by: goodsamaritan on August 19, 2008, 12:54:42 pm
Hi,
The cancer sick I'm healing has religious beliefs against eating pork and beef. He is Islamic.
My question is how can he get large amounts of raw high fat in his diet without pork and beef?

Mutton would be better than lamb as it's higher in fat.

Where is the fat in goats / mutton?
The brains? The skin? The marrow?

I usually buy lamb from Foodland. Foodland here imports lamb from Australia or New Zealand. There is lot of fat. It is not 100% grass fed, but sheep spend most of their life eating grass.
Other source of fat:
Egg yolk is 79% fat by calories. Coconut milk is 91% fat. Avocado is 89% fat.

That's true it is mostly grass fed just grain finished. The soil over here in Australia is deficient in some minerals so I've been adding ozomite, magnesium and zinc. We export the best stuff. The soil in NZ is much better.
The sheep are dipped in chemicals and things like that but I used to eat it all the time, the fat is a little white though.

How about bison, ostrich, turkey and chicken? There are many animals used for food in the world other than pork and beef, and when on their natural diets those animals all have at least some deposits of good fat on them. He could also do a high fat diet using butter.
