Title: German terms for grassfed etc.

I am wondering what the German terms are for "100 percent grassfed" and "pastured" would be. "Weidegefuettert"  does not sound right, although it is a more or less literal translation.

You are  quite right, of course. Though the grassfed meat market in Germany/Austria/Switzerland seems to be nonexistent. I suppose if I lived there long-term, I would eventually be able to find genuine 100 percent grassfed meats simply by targetting all the small-time farmers near Vienna, but it is such a hassle.
