Born in South Beloit, Illinois USA
Lived in various places in Florida since age 7.

I've always believed that it's important not to be too obsessive re diet(ie orthorexic), and that one should focus on other topics in life  as well. Unlike the yahoo group, this board is ideal for creating a true RAF community, and I'm pleased that this is coming to pass.
