Excerpt from info section:-  Gradually reduce the average cooking-temperature of your foods by 1 degree, every so often,  until after days/weeks/months you're eventually able to eat all the meats raw at room-temperature. You can start off with as many processed sauces as you like(Moutarde de Meaux is by far the best mustard for this by the way as it contains no artificial preservatives even though it's processed), but you should gradually replace those with raw sauces. Eventually, you will get used to the raw meat to the point where you can eat it by itself without any sauces  or spices at all. Some RPD newbies like to use Vitamixes/blenders etc. in order to get used to the taste of raw foods, but this is up to the individual.
The main reason why people aren't easily accustomed to raw meats, at first,  is due to past social conditioning and lifelong habits. One way to get rid of such conditioning is to go out to local restaurants and eat raw-animal-food dishes like beef carpaccio/steak-tartare/raw-meat kitfo/raw oysters  etc - being able to eat raw-animal-food in a public place helps one get used to the whole idea . My personal favourite was to visit nearby Japanese Sashimi restaurants, and eat the raw-fish avilable there. I was already used to eating some types of raw shellfish, in pre-rawpaleo days, so the latter were easier to get used to than other raw-animal-foods.

Try many different egg sources and you will find the ones that taste good.

In our quest for eggs, I found out that Palawan duck eggs we get taste the best.

Then laguna duck eggs.

Regular chicken eggs definitely taste slimy and not good.

---------

Same with beef, I shopped around for different markets and beef sources and beef appearances... until I found the beef taste I really like and enjoy.

---------

I don't force myself to eat raw meat that tastes bad.
I follow my taste buds and eat only the raw food that tastes good.
Yes, lots of raw meats taste really good.

Raw eggs can be mixed with avocado and/or cream/milk

Here is a recipe for steak tar tar. It is basically 4oz bison steak, plus a small amount of garlic and onion, 1 egg yolk, some chilli garlic vinegar, and salt.

Also,

try eating half of your meal plain with no condiments, or sauces. Then, eat the other half with some condiment. It will taste very good after the first half. Some example condiments that I use are unfiltered vinegar, and sea salt, freshly cracked pepper. other herbs would work too, etc

Different people, different answers…

To enjoy a particular food, you must be hungry for it. As long as we eat some stuff cooked, seasoned, mixed or processed in any way, we can’t balance properly and we’re very likely to maintain an overload in certain nutrients. This prevents us to enjoy raw, natural unmixed and unseasoned food.

Different people, different answers.... Not always, I agree totally with Iguanas answer. If you really want to enjoy raw food, stopp cooking, mixing or processing.

If raw food smells or tastes bad, you can be sure that your body don't need it. Stopp eating and look for other things.

I think you should read this; http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=287013&page=1&pp=15&highlight=bear+carniverous i am sure it has been posted a million times here. but to me it never gets old. I dont agree with everything he say, but most:

"I must warn all of you that it is very unlikely that very many will be able to eat as I do over the long term, or in fact, to follow any diet for long which is much different from the one you were trained to as a baby/child. This is because diet is learned much the same way language, dress and behaviour is, and is buried deep and inaccessible, a part of your acculturation/socialisation. The very thing which makes us human is that deep and almost instinctive complex of behaviour."

He advocates "flash in the pan" with meat for taste, but believe that it should be mostly raw.

Eating raw meat it's very challenging for me. Entire life I know and believe to eat cooked meat. Especially, my food is known for the most spicy.

I started with baby food which is blended plain raw beef (yuk -v!). I used to drink that once a day and everyday was scary to eat raw meat. Until the day I saw plain raw lamb, and instantly felt to have a bite on it. I like the taste and never looked back to eat that blended meat anymore. Now I enjoy plain beef to any raw plain meat. Now I crave eating raw beef tripes, more I eat, more I want. Now I'm hundred percent raw and definitely enjoy being raw.

Try adding spices or sauces to meats (dipping meat in olive oil mixed with sea salt and spices is good). I don't usually eat aggs (if I do only the yolks). But they taste good in a smoothy, with banana and frozen berries.

Just plain, I like the yolks. I made ground bison jerky and dipped it in egg yolks. It was delicous.
