Title: New Theme and Banner

I've made this theme the default but it can still be changed in your profile under "look and layout preferences" but you cannot change the banner as there is only one option. Thanks be to Satya and Tyler for the example and suggestion.

Oh! I almost forgot. I also thank Sentient Primate. He's the one who actually brought up and presented the Paleo art, I do believe.
