Title: marrow, high meat...

i was just after much searching and trouble able to get grass fed short cut marrow bones, i must say they are amazing! anyway, im curious is there any potential problems of jumping into high meat after getting on the raw paleo train a short while ago? i cant help but be fasinated but dont want to jump the gun... any input would be great. thanks!

Technically not. But if you happen to have a very seriously damaged digestive-system(such as a negative reaction to amines, then it's wiser to use other sources such as probiotics(amines are more common in fermented/aged foods). Also, it's really best if you wait until you're fully used to the taste/feel of fresh raw meats and organ-meats. I found it, personally, impossible to handle high-meat until I'd gradually got used to eating slightly-aged raw meats, gradually leaving longer periods of aging between trials.
