I used to love nut butters. That ground chuck looks pretty good but pretty lean as well. My ground beef has visible fat throughout, to which I add even more suet.

My typical meal looks pretty much like Lex's but with the odd wild fruit at times, some of which I posted before.

I've started eating this way as well. I never liked most of the Pomp and Circumstance around food.
