Would like to get people's opinions on that.

Cheers.

Not me. I just chew just  once, twice max, as it passes through. I don't chew at all on those occasions when I cut up raw meats into very small pieces, and I take something like a ridiculous 5 minutes to chew each mouthful in the case of raw lung.

I generally tear meat off with my teeth and roll it around to taste it and then swallow. Not a lot of chewing. The only things I chew thoroughly are nuts. And pumpkin seeds.

I chew some 10 times before I swallow.
I like savoring the flavor of what I'm eating.

I don't remember since I only do what I feel like at the time. I can only say I have no difficulty.

I chew meat thoroughly because that's what feels natural to me. However, I've read that the saliva can retard protein digestion though.

I believe saliva is important for digesting carbohydrates and fats with enzymes amylase and lipase, respectively. Often the meat I eat is fatty cuts like chuck roast and salmon, so while chewing may stop or hinder protein digestion, I believe that it assists fat digestion.

I also chew my vegetables, and other non raw foods like nuts.

lol @ bolting food

Is that the final stage of being a true paleo man, or is that when you start using your sense of smell to locate preys? How many years of being RPD does it take to reach that uber stage?

I chew. How many times all depends of course.

I wait until I am pretty hungry before I eat, so I don't give it much thought.
I just chew as much as necassary and keep eating like any other food.

I chew for a very short time, the only reason I chew a few times is to get the nice flavor of whatever I am eating, it helps me want to eat it, or to know once I have had enough of whatever I am having.
I don't like to bolt without any chewing but also it irks me when some people chew everything to a porridge...if I want porridge I'll eat ground meat...or something creamy/liquidy....I remember my mom was always nagging me to stop swallowing my food so fast so I have been doing that since ever I remember.

First time I smelled the meat then putted it in my mouth tried to understand its taste chewed few times sensed a little bit of blood, than just droped it inside my self.

The thing is that raw meat is usually have that watery/blody and fatty texture that it just slids down through the esophagus easilly like it meant to be that way I even tried to not chew few cuts and it was easyyy not like chewing a cooked steak when you are mentally and physicly (jaw mucles) tired of it -\.
