I haven't tried the other two hosts you mentioned but avoid godaddy like the plague, its slow, it sux, and if you later choose to axpand your site like run some scripts on it or CMS many don't even work with go daddy cause they have shitty PHP script support. I usually go with bluehost ( http://www.bluehost.com/ ) unless I am building a site on a private server. I also tried Fatcow hosting and they are ok, not the fastest but nice interface and they at least have good script support.

I was with Network Solutions years ago when skinnydevil.com went on-line. Since I have bounced around (via 3rd party hosts), but am looking for a better home. My buddy Joe (pro IT guy) suggested bluehost, so I'm with Yuli on this one.
I'm about to switch to them and also we have a new project that will also be up using bluehost.

If it's a do it yourself website, choose Wordpress. Buy a good theme you like. Stay away from GoDaddy at all times.
I host small to big websites (up to 100 GB) at www.sharkspace.com (http://www.sharkspace.com/158.html) - 7 days backup and restore via R1Soft - Fast and Great Tech support response - Very responsible with email, they don't get blacklisted

If you are ever interested in any edgy art/design for your stuff let me know, I am getting bored of doing all this corporate designs and am looking for more artistic projects so I can have more variety. Since you're into music stuff I know design for music projects can be more fun with more freedom for creativity.

I second that, Wordpess can be set up and used with a pre-made theme (but no need to buy they have 1000's good ones free) by any beginner. Whats good is that if you want to expand or learn later you can work anything into Wordpress and make it a very functional and advanced website, its very flexible powerful yet simple - love it.

Just curious, I am considering jumping into a business. What are you generally talking for a website. Say the range from low to high end.

Depend on what kind of website, what you want the website to do, how do you want to manage the website. The lowest I do it for is 500$ for a small site ..... there is no upper range ;D ....with big, complex sites though I will get help and then have to share in the wealth of course.
