Title: Fats that Heal Fats that Kill

I just want some opinions on Udo Urasmus who wrote "Fats that Heal,Fats that Kill".Before him I didn't know anything about omega 3's and ratios of fats.To be honest,it didn't really help me to learn all that stuff.Any thoughts on his work/contributions?

Btw,I do realize that he wound up mostly propmoting his own brand of oils/products.
