Title: How Often Do You Eat?

I was wondering how often members of this forum eat? I noticed that some senior members eat just one huge meal a day - how they are still able to function is beyond me. If I don't eat breakfast, I feel wolf-hungry at about 11 a.m. Even if I eat breakfast, I need to refuel my body at about 1 in the afternoon. And then, of course, dinner... an a snack later on! So, it seems like my body requires about 4 meals a day, each at about 500 calories, to function at its best, and 2 to 3 of these meals I keep raw. I have always had a stable weight, about 150 lb (my height is 5'8).
How often do other raw paleo dieters eat?

Once a day. Of course if you eat less often you will be hungrier when you do.

I'm eating once a day. It's definitely not comfortable for me though.

2 to 5 times a day It depends meat meals, usually 2 times a day or 1 time a day.

All I do is eat fruit whenever I feel like it during the day and at night I feast on as much meat as I can stuff myself with :)

I eat one large meal a day, usually in the evening/late at night. At weekends, I usually eat in the early afternoon. When I first tried eating one large meal a day, it didn't work and I had to eat a very small light meal of raw fruit in the mornings as well - I find that I cannot eat any animal foods in the mornings, that's been the case even pre-rpd diet. But I quickly got used to eating just one large meal a day and have found it works best for me as long as most of that one meal consists of raw meats. I find that I am more lethargic on days when I eat throughout the day, as constant digestions seems to take resources away from the body.

I try to keep it to one or two meals a day. I feel the best when I eat around noon until 3 or 4 PM, but not at all after that. I notice that the later I eat, the harder it is for me to relax, fall asleep and get energy in the morning. So, I basically fast for at least 16 to 20 hours every day.
Recently, though, I've been trying fruit (goji berries) during the morning until noon (a good amount) and found that i had sustained energy all day after, while eating my main foods after noon.

I have been doing this or something like it and I have found it works well. I like to load up on fruit in the morning, then eat mostly meat later in the day. But it usually works out to 3 meals unless I am not working in which case I just snack throughout the day. Some days I fast by skipping a meal or 2 (24 hour fast), but only do so a few times each month.

I'm going to try the fruit during day meat at night diet. It sounds perfect. I eat 1-3 times per day now. It varies.

When I am in a training cycle I overeat so much I should be ashamed of myself. 10-20 eggs, 1,2 kg beef, a pint of celery juice, cream, butter, whatever berries I can claw. Basically, if it is edible and within my reach, ill eat it. When I am not training, I dont eat a lot but let my hunger dictate my eating habbits. Often only 1 or 2 small meals during the day. Whole days of fast, simply because I dont feel hungry. but since I dont lack energy, I figure there is no need to refuel just for the sake itself.
