I couldn't complete the survey since I spend 0 hours cooking and it wants me to enter at least 1.

The survey doesn't have an option for a raw Paleo diet. Magnetic is right, the minimum is "1 hour" for daily cooking time. I guess we could consider that food preparation time, but it's high even for that.

You are right, I would not count taking food out of the refrigerator (meat) as food preparation time. I do spend a few seconds rinsing non-organic fruit before I eat it though.

Hey David,
You guys forgot about us RAW Paleo Dieters in your survey. We should be answering 0 (zero) hours of cooking in your survey but your minimum answer is 1.
