Title: FUCKING ROFL
Post by: achillezzz on March 26, 2011, 08:10:53 am
Check this out the medics call it "Night eating syndrome".
Quote
People who suffer from night eating syndrome generally:
* Skip breakfast, and go several hours after waking before their first meal. * Consume at least 25% of[10] their calories after dinner. (Many sources would list this as after 9 or 10 pm; dessert is generally not included, if one is eaten.)
To me it seems like those people are naturally on a warrior diet.
Those idiots medics treat this syndrome with seratonin inhibiting drugs they mess with your neurotransmiters lol

I've done that sort of eating schedule a lot in the past, especially when I had a lot to do that day - I find breakfast a waste of time, it just doesn't agree with me, anyway. Psychologists also do this sort of mis-labelling all the time , calling people who are just shy "sufferers from social anxiety disorder" or similiar nonsense.

i think Americans probably over-emphasize breakfast for whatever reason - they probably do it to push corn flakes. nobody in their right mind would try to eat a pound of meat at 6 am in the morning before work, but a bunch of toxic corn flakes glowing neon colors - why not ;)
i think one should eat all day but with lighter food in the morning and heavier food towards the evening.
for me personally light food usually takes the form of a protein shake. i don't know what would be light paleo food. a glass of juice would probably be light but i don't believe in protein free meals.
