Hi Everyone! This is an interesting site! I love it! I'm a believer in holistic ways of life!
Question: I have teeth indentions on the right side of my tongue very bad. At times it will be all the way around, but for the most, its on the right side. I searched the net, and someone from here posted stating for a person to come to this site in regards to the teeth indentions. Does anyone have any idea whats going on?
NOTE: When I was a child throughout a teenager, at anytime there was raw hamburger meat being prepared to be cooked, I always craved it being raw, and grabbed a chunk to eat before being cooked. My mother and family couldnt stand seeing me do it!! But, I loved it. I havent tried it in years, however, I think I will again!
And advice would be great!

dr. chi: Look at the tongue. Scallops or indentations along the edge are called "teeth-marks. This can indicate edema, low immunity and poor digestion. People have also reported that taking iodine corrects teeth-marks.
he suggests cooked asparagus which is a diuretic and kidney cleaners...make sure to drink plenty of water, take some seaweed, coconut water, lemon juice, or anything to keep hydrated and restore electrolytes.....
seaweed would also help with an iodine deficiency....

My immune system is extremely weak. It basically just crashed two weeks ago. I have been adding iodine to my daily intake, apparently not enough. I will take heed to what you said.
