       Hello,

  have someone know where can i buy kudzu root , vine or seeds, because I would like to add it to my diet.

I'm sure there are plenty of farmers in the Southern USA who would be happy to let you harvest their kudzu.  I doubt anybody sells it, though. It's an invasive pest in the US.

I've seen it plenty of places in powdered form believe it or not. I've never seen it other ways. It's supposed to be a powerful aid in working through alcohol withdrawal.

They call it "the vine that ate the south." No one sells it, you'll have to harvest on your own. I don't know if that's legal anywhere.

   I fully support this statement.  It grows all over by me, and people are happy to get rid of it. I hear goats like to eat it.

    Oh! Same as the powder from macrobiotic companies? I bought that for my ex-boss.

I've always thought of kudzu like clouds and I am always looking for different animal patterns in the kudzu overgrowth

I've seen that stuff cover an entire neighborhood in Dalton, Georgia.
