Just found one in a liver today. Wondering if you eat them, if you know any pros or cons.

I have eaten python bile as medicine, it's traditional.
I have used raw python bile on my skin.

We have traditional dishes called "papaitan" it's a cooked paleo diet dish, a soup of internal organ parts plus the all important bile.  Bile is bitter thus "papaitan", the root word is "pait" - bitter.  There is goat version and beef / carabao version.

I ate it and I'm feeling amazing. I was feeling pretty good anyway though so who knows.

I concur with raw python bile.
It is the fishiest slimiest and most bitter combination on earth.
