Recently they found a woman who is living for 125 yrs now and her secret is smoking pot. I am not supporting smoking, but I believe in that, 'cause I have seen many elderly in third world live very long time without any sickness but smoking pot.

Yes! Pot is the miracle healing cure of humankind. I know it from personal experience. To really get there a deep, shamanic healing place with pot, you have to do it *free of alcohol and caffeine.* And besides personal experience, the scientific evidence showing the value of cannabis for practically everything, including being anti-carcinogenic, is voluminous.
All that said, I don't actually think that smoking it is the ideal delivery method. I have a vaporizer, which I think is the best thing. Still, pot smoke doesn't harm you anywhere near the amount that cigarette smoke does, and the pros of it outweigh the cons by a long shot.
I'm talking about high-quality cannabis, not chemical-sprayed crap that people get only because of the asinine "Drug War." If not for the Drug War we could all be healing and be on deep plant-based spiritual paths using cannabis and other entheogens. Instead, in the current paradigm the quality is often crappy, and too many people lump cannabis in as a  "drug" with actually harmful drugs and never bother to actually experience its benefits.
