Hello carnivores, how do I measure the amount of fat versus protein in my meat? In seafood? Thank you.

I'm afraid of protein poisoning so I heard that if I keep my fat/protein percentage at 60/40 more f/less p I wouldn't have to worry. Is this true and are you zero carb carnivores afraid of protein poisoning or liver damage?

Hello hello carnivore, welcome to the forum, I see this is your first post.
If you have a hundred gram serving of meat, and it's red meat or chicken breast, it's easy to see if it's all lean. One gram of protein contains 4 calories. One gram of fat contains 9 calories. It's a simple question of math. Have you figured ratios in school? Anyway, with the serving I described there would be at least four hundred calories.
There are some sites and programs online that list the amounts of macro-nutrients in many various foods including many meats and seafoods.
