Title: Why does Aajonus say salt is explosive?
Post by: CitrusHigh on September 18, 2011, 12:15:18 am
Can anyone elaborate on why he says salt is explosive in our systems? By what method did he arrive at this conclusion?

I don't doubt the deleterious effects of salt but I would like to be able to understand the how of it, The mechanism by which salt is damaging to our system.

I'm specifically interested in Aajonus' point of view, I have of course read the mainstream reasons for why salt should be limited. Thanks in advance!

I know he speaks of it in some detail in the DVD that you can by from the WeWant2Live website. Rather than misquote him I can just direct you to that film. In the books, he doesn´t go into much details about it.

Really, he's got a DVD now? Cool! I will totally have to get that! My family is very visual and sort of dyslexic so it would be really helpful if they could read or listen to Aaj. Thanks!

I don't hardly think salt is explosive. It's certainly not good to have an excess of sodium in one's body (one of the ingredients in table salt, Na Cl), but if you rid your body of all salts, including NaCl, you'd die. I think moderation is the key.

AV says some goofy things...

I imagine he says NaCl is explosive because in excess it causes swelling and bursting of cells.
