Hello,     has anyone heard  about epinephrine in red meat???

Nothing to worry about. Last I checked, there was some pro-vegan propaganda about this issue, but it turned out to be all nonsense.

Because either you're a troll (and trolls are generally angry) or because you are detoxing your pent up anger because you are finally getting the nutrients you need.
