Yeah, I posted about the orgasmic child birthing technique almost 3 years ago. It's amazing how time flies.

It's so sad that today excruciating pain is accepted as "normal" in childbirth when there is an alternative and multiple anthropologists have reported that childbirth among hunter-gatherer women tends to be much less painful.

My healer friend sifu sam gives orgasmic births to his wives.  He delivers all his own babies via orgasmic and water births.

A woman has to prepared for the great act of birth.  A "primal" exercise to do every day when you know in the future you will want to give birth with fewer contractions and better experience is swimming.
