Title: Alternatives to Suet

Hello all,
I've found that my digestive system cannot really handle suet. I was wondering what the best alternatives are, as I do thrive on large amounts of fat.

Yes,  look for back fat and marrow, so much easier and tastier.

Raw tongue is something like 50-60% fat.
